Robert L. Valentina was born in Colombia and raised in Miami, Florida and is fluent in Spanish. Valentina earned her Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law, where she graduated with cum laude honors. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, magna cum laude, from Florida International University. Prior to joining Robert L. Gardana, P.A. as an associate attorney, Valentina worked as a law clerk for the firm where her interest and passion to practice Maritime law began.
Valentina is licensed to practice in the Southern and Middle District of Florida. Valentina assisted in the drafting of Chapter 18, Maritime Security Law, in the Florida Maritime Law and Practice Guide Seventh Edition and Eighth Edition.
