The publication is available at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.americanbar.org\/products\/inv\/book\/393853362\/\">https:\/\/www.americanbar.org\/products\/inv\/book\/393853362\/.<\/a> During his leadership, the Committee received the acclaimed honor of being awarded the ABA-TIPS Overall Excellence Award for 2018-2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2019 \u2013 2020, Mr. Gardana was honored to be appointed by the Florida Bar as a member of the Florida Bar Admiralty and Maritime Board Certification Committee and&nbsp;was appointed as Chair of the&nbsp;Admiralty and Maritime Board Certification Committee for 2022-2023. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mr. Gardana is a Proctor in Admiralty with the <em>Maritime Law Association<\/em>&nbsp;of the United States (MLA). He is a member of the Cruise Lines and Passenger Ships Committee. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Captain Gardana is a USCG licensed Master and a specialist in cruise passenger and crew injury, excursion, and wrongful death cases. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">He has represented injured passengers for over 30 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Captain Gardana accepts referrals from attorneys nationwide.
