Mr. Gardana is a Proctor in Admiralty with the Maritime Law Association of the United States (MLA). He is a member of the Cruise Lines and Passenger Ships Committee.
Captain Gardana is a USCG licensed Master and a specialist in cruise passenger injury, excursion, and wrongful death cases.
